Amber Alert Cancelled for 5 Year Old Girl

On February 19, 2014, there has been an update on the amber alert. A five year old girl who lives in Virginia went missing on that Tuesday. Her name was Amiya Dallas. She was last seen in Orange County in VA. Police and reporters believe that she has been abducted and could be in danger. Amiya was described in the amber alert as a black female , 3 feet tall, and weigh about 40 pounds. Amiya has brown eyes and was last seen wearing a blue jeans, pink sweater and a button pink shirt. 

The Amber alert was cancelled because they found Amiya Dallas with her aunt Olivia who appears to have abducted her. Olivia Dallas has a past of using drugs and drinking alcohol. When they found Amiya and Olivia Davis, they arrested Olivia, and took Amiya in recovery somewhere safe, There was nothing found to be wrong with Amiya. She was in good condition and looked perfectly fine. Olivia Dallas was arrested because she abducted Amiya without anyone knowing. No one where Olivia took Amiya or why.

This ties back into trust. Sometimes you can't even trust your own family members. It shouldn't be that way but its sad that it is. There are some sick people out here. There are not only strangers abducting children or people, there are people doing it to their own family members. I don't see how and why someone would want to do this. But, its good to hear that she has been found and safely recovered.
