DeMarcus to Denver
Ending his road in
Austin, Dallas, defensive lineman DeMarcus Ware has made his way north of the
map to start on the defensive line for the Denver Broncos. As of March 11,
2014, DeMarcus Ware no longer belonged to the Dallas Cowboys since they
released him a few days after the market for releasing and trading players
became open. Ware has played for the Dallas Cowboys since he was drafted in
2005 in the first round, 11th pick.
While being a part of the Dallas Cowboys, Ware played a
huge part in their defensive line. He played 6 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys
and out of those six seasons he was able to accumulate 117 sacks. Not only has
DeMarcus Ware intimidated quarter backs all around the league but he was also able
to put fear in the hearts of running backs. Also, within the six seasons he was
also able to cause 32 forced fumbles. Even though Ware was released from the
team he still holds the franchise record for the most forced fumbles and sacks.
