Relisha Tenau Rudd Missing

8 Year old girl still missing

Relisha Tenau Rudd was pronounced missing March 20, 2014, Thursday evening. She was last seen in the 900 block of Massachusetts Avenue, SE. Her and her mom stayed at a shelter near here. Relisha is a black female, with a height of 4' 0", and weighs 70 to 80 pounds. She has brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion. The same person who abducted Relisha was the same person who was reported to have killing a woman in a hotel room in Oxon Hill MD. Police identified the truck that was parked outside and say that that is the same truck who has abducted Relisha. 

The truck has been found but, there are no signs of Relisha; she is still missing. The truck is known as a white 1976 GMC pick-up. This truck was found Friday in Hyattsville  MD. This truck was said to be the same truck Relisha abductor was driving in. When Prince George's County police found the truck, there was no sight of Relisha.

This issue is getting out of hand in the DC area. Of course these things don't just happen in the DC area but, happens everywhere. In the past 2 weeks, there has been reported lots of children missing. We as DC residents and U.S. citizens need to take action. I don' know the full story and cause behind Relisha's abduction but, this is so sad. Children are constantly being reported missing. The government, police, anyone with some sort of power or higher authority need to step in and take action. More police need to be on the street. We need to make sure that the children are safe, at home, outside, and even shelters. You cannot trust everyone. Something needs to be done!
